The Paisley First Annual General Meeting will take place on 5th September 2017 in The Wynd Centre, School Wynd, Paisley at 1730hrs.
The AGM is open to all BID Members and is your opportunity to find out what projects we have planned for the coming year and for you to put forward your suggestions on how we can improve Paisley Town Centre for both our BID Members and visitors.
We are looking to appoint five new Directors to the Paisley First Board on the evening. This includes three existing Directors who are seeking re-election.
The process for appointing a director is:
Prospective Board Member will complete and return their nomination form by 18th August 2017.

All nominees’ details will be collated and circulated to all BID Members by 25th August 2017.
Each attending BID Member (one member one vote) will have an opportunity to vote for their preferred Director when ballot papers are handed out on the evening of the AGM.
The five nominations with the highest number of votes cast in their favour will be appointed to the Paisley First Board.
Jean Cameron, Project Director for Paisley 2021, will be in attendance at the AGM to speak to BID Members on how they can assist with the town’s final push to be appointed UK City of Culture in 2021.
